General terms of sales

The Exquisite and Superior quality of each one of our products is a promise to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, let's find a solution together!

Terms of Sales :

Fresh flowers

  • Substitution: Some flowers are subject to change (depending on season and availability) we always replace them with flowers of similar appearance, of equal or greater value
  • Cancel an order: We cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared or that are out for delivery. Only orders that are not prepared can be canceled. Please call us at 514-419-7666 to discuss. The repayment period varies depending on your payment method.
  • Refund: We do not reimburse fresh flowers (bouquets, arrangements etc.) that are already prepared or delivered.

Plants

  • Substitution: For plant arrangements, some plants are subject to change (depending on season and availability) we always replace them with plants of similar appearance, of equal or greater value
  • Cancel an order: We cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared or that are out for delivery. Only orders that are not prepared can be canceled. Please call us at 514-419-7666 to discuss. The repayment period varies depending on your payment method.

Non-perishable items

  • Vases and pots that are sold with flower arrangements and plant arrangements are subject to change depending on availability. They are always replaced with those of similar style, of equal or greater value.
  • Refund: All non-perishable items in intact condition can be refunded up to 14 working days after purchase.
  • If you wish to return it to us by mail, please write us at info@fbotanica.ca to request a return label. *The buyer is responsible for delivery costs to return any item. * We are not responsible for breakage and damage caused by delivery. Damaged items will not be refunded.
  • For returns to our shop, present yourself during our opening hours, please have receipt with you!

  • Delivery costs cannot be credited or reimbursed
